Scholarship Terms and Conditions
1. Role of Citizen ICL
Citizen ICL is an educational consulting organization and an affiliate partner to selected universities. We assist prospective students by:
Guiding them through the course entry application process
Providing support for scholarship enrollment
Following up on submitted applications with the partnered institutions
2. Scholarship Ownership and Control
All scholarships are offered directly by the respective universities.
Citizen ICL does not issue, fund, or control any scholarship. Decisions regarding eligibility, shortlisting, and award are made solely by the universities based on their internal policies and merit-based criteria.
3. Eligibility for Scholarship Follow-Up
Only applicants whose course entry application forms are obtained and submitted through Citizen ICL are eligible for:
Our scholarship follow-up services
Regular updates and feedback on their application progress
Applicants who apply through other channels are not entitled to follow-up services or scholarship support from Citizen ICL.
4. Merit-Based Selection
All university scholarships—whether for undergraduate or postgraduate programs—are awarded strictly on merit, which may include:
Academic performance
Entrance exam scores
Extracurricular achievements
Financial need (as applicable per institution)
Citizen ICL has no influence over the selection process or award outcome.
5. Application Process
Applicants must ensure that all required documents are complete and submitted on time through Citizen ICL for proper guidance and tracking. Incomplete or late applications may be disqualified by the university.
6. No Guarantee of Scholarship
While Citizen ICL provides assistance and follow-up services, we cannot guarantee scholarship approval. Final decisions rest entirely with the university offering the scholarship.
7. Communication and Accuracy
All official communications regarding scholarships and admissions will be from the university. Citizen ICL will relay relevant updates and assist in correspondence when applicable.
8. Changes and Updates
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change based on university policies or institutional partnerships. Applicants are encouraged to stay informed through official channels and maintain active communication with their Citizen ICL consultant.
